Recovery not recognised

Hi, i'm at the step where i should install my recovery file from the .img file. It says the install worked properly, but when i read bellow it says "Currently recovery: unrecognised"

Whats the problem seriously it's driving me nuts.

And you have pressed menu - update database?

yes pressed menu and updated database, using 3.0.0.5 and recovery 0.34b

i've had a similar problem

in short: check the md5checksum of the file

make sure you are root

the md5checksum was my problem

you can retry to download all 3 programs from this topic and start all over again.

I've had that on two phones..

I just rebooted them holding Vol - and got into the recovery.. so its proabably worked.. just doesn't say so!
