Guys I had a Samsung galaxy s which I replaced the firmware on last year and it was working fine but  then I went and lost it.  My issuance company gave me vouchers for Amazon, so I went and brought my replacement.  However it seem to be slow doing simple things.  I have checked the firmware and on goggling the revision it looks like it's a Russian ROM.  Strange as it was brought from Amazon UK.  I wish to upgrade the firmware but, I am wary of doing this until I can confirm weather any updates will work on this version of the phone.  Can anyone help me please
