3. Download Broken's 2.2.2 dump - hxxp://www.mediafire.com/?j4i2yc7idffq136 unzip this and put the system.img and boot.img in the same folder as fastboot in QDLTool

4. Shut off your streak and load it in fastboot just like you would when updating to streakdroid.

5. Open command prompt and enter these commands;

fastboot -i 0x413c flash system system.img

its not a stable build imo, ive had few random reboots and settings crashes

I have been running it for a couple days now. biggest problem I see is slight memory leak ( no more of a leak though then 1.8.. 1.8.1 didn't seem to leak for me. I am running a 8g SDHC internal (modified phone to be able to access the SD card and swapped LED's) but haven't had the random reboots. I'm on a white US Streak. Not a single reboot yet though..

Of coarse you are! :( most likely only one a DEVGOD may receive! Hopefully you can work out some kinks with the magic your brain possesses and wow me (us) once more with a new build! :)

Although I've only been running it for ~4 hours now, no problems yet. I was having a good amount of problems on AT&T's rom (mainly with the phone app, also I would drop to no signal at least a half dozen times in a day, normally it would come right back, once in a while I got the "No Sim" in the notification bar), I had rooted and was running a DPI setting of 190. Also, AT&T's rom doesn't include tethering, which is nice with my new Nook Color.

You should include the files i.e 322. I've been doing this since the streak came out. I don't feel like searching through a zillion posts to find 322 or files on my pc for that matter. I appplaud your efforts however~! I am already on 11 baseband I flashed the system and boot images and it is very laggy ... not useable. If I need 322 first then post a link so I can go get it . Thanks

Went this way first time, found bit laggy. Followed Krad's way, placed boot.img, system.img, firstboot.img, recovery.img, nandroid.md5 in rom_backup, fixed md5 mismatch using adb, then did nandroid restore over 322 using the files, made factory restore after initial full boot, end result, flawless! IMO. so now my Streak runs on 322 baseband OEM 341 Android 2.2.2 It actually took me 3 days to figure out how to fix the md5 mismatch coz no one cares to share how they did it, the adb command on the thread did not work for me & my computer, and I do not have any knowledge whatsover regarding this whole thing I just follow threads, instructions, do lots of research online and lots of perseverance, did not give up till I got it working! Well, I am patiently wai to ng for you Sir Steve for I know what you are cooking now will once again be great on my pallate.

about 36 hours since the install... still just gravy! its doesn't benchmark crazy awesome or anything, but it seems stable so far. Honestly that's the most important thing right now, I can't afford to not be able to pick up an important call simply cause my phone.apk decided to crash while ringing (happened already on AT&T 340/rooted/190DPI quite a few times).

So far so good.
