It is not, it is Still 2.2 (from acer site)

Unfortunately I didn't find time yesterday evening to flash It and Now My sd card has just decided to Die this morning ( lost 16Go of data...)

So Don't know when I will be able to flash it .....

Yep when on the acer site, just keep your mouse pointer over the file and a pop-up will raise

And only few bugs fixed and a special update for Vietnam. Doesn't look as a major update...

Compare with 1.100.16.EMEA.GEN1 :
some system apps update: facebook, twitter, nemoPlayer ( some new functions ), ( camera fixed - i'm not sure )...
has more internal space.

Can someone upload acer_ug folder (unpacked .bin) contents somewhere for SD-AMSS flashing?  I don't have WinOS...
