could anyone give me some advise on good apps like for games, phone performance etc? and any tips or things i need to check/uncheck to make the phone go faster and smoother? it goes slow now and then not sure why.. thanks

You need to refresh the RAM more often. Reboot your phone once in 5-6 days. Using task killers to free up some RAM isn't healthy for your phone, so I don't recommend them. Also, if you want to gain more speed with your phone, you can overclock the CPU, but be sure firstly to install a custom ROM, because the original LG ROM doesn't support overclocking.

Yes,but for Quarx kernel you also need fastboot,right?

Yes,but for Quarx kernel you also need fastboot,right?

Yeah, unless you can flash via flash_image, not entirely sure
