You can try one of NRGZ28's Personally I'd try one of the roms in THIS thread 'Reference' if you want Sense Titanium if you want Speed (you can add SPB Mobile Shell later) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

GC ROM from Gary Crutcher is also the most complete and reasonably fast (for me). I used his 6.5.3 (JI1) and 6.5 (JF5) ROMs and I prefer his 6.5 ROM even if it's a bit older. There's no answer for: What is the fastest ROM for Omnia 2? Instead you have to try different ROMs and find out what is the best ROM for you.
