OK, So I am new to all of this and have been having lots of problems, I've done a lot of reading on hear and a lot of google'ing but i think i have reached a point were I need some help.

I have a UK3 Hero Rooted but have had lots of problems, the Hboot options didn't work and neither did the custom recovery options (green Screen), i did get it back to the origonal 1.5 firmware but then when i tryed to install the MoDaCo custom rom it would say it had completed but when i rebooted the phone it would not have worked.

"fastboot boot cm-hero-recovery.img
downloading 'boot.img'... FAILED (remote: not allow)"

so tryed flashrec no joy.

so tryed the hard SPL

now the phone will not even turn on in any way!!! have i totally bricked it is there a way to recover from hear?
