Nothing Works KDZ EXTRACT error after multiple downloads

please help need to flash my gt540 as i have call and msg problems and none of the kdz files will extract withoutr an error

Right click KDZ Updater and choose "Run as administrator" also use the European Open Fastboot ROM. It usually extracts with no errors. http://goo.gl/BOcYT
