Bootloader unlocked here. Seems lots of people are complaining the driver SE tell you to download doesn't work but stock SDK drivers do.

I use mac so had to find the fastboot-mac file from HTC first lol. Didn't install SE's driver but did everything else fine.

Now waiting for recovery image and a good Modaco rom for both Play and Arc :)
Fianlly I wont miss too long custom roms galore of the N1
