Hey,

Just a little warning, I just received my pulse mini with the 6 month free internet (£20+ £10.00 top up)

I went through the standard android stuff, root..etc.. downloaded some applications and browsed a little, then did a balance check and I had lost £1 credit!

Quick call to 150 and it said I was charged for GPRS (internet).

I had to call customer service and get them to activate the booster and then refund the £1 charge which they did without any trouble.

After this I did a balance check again and it said I had the unlimited booster and £10 credit.

Just beware the booster may not be active on your account when you buy it.

Text ba to 150 to check, it should say you have the booster on, if it doesn't then you need to call tmob to activate it!

Other than that, phone is alright really.

I had to contact t-mobile to activate the 6 month free internet too.

Me too. Quick call to 150, monies refunded and free internet until 14 Oct.

Thanks for the heads up.

Paul

How do I bypass the automated system and get to a human being? I tried several options on 150 today and couldn't find anything.

Call from another phone or you will have to pay a fee to talk to customer service.

I called from my contract tmobile phone and they put me through to PAYG customer service.

Try going to tech supoort and say your phone is broken then they will put you through to the right dept

When I tried to regaiter my phone it said my SIM was already registered, therefore I had to call CS to get it sorted out. I ended up calling from my landline and I had the looping problem too, I think I chose the wrong option on purpose in the end. I was on for about 35 minutes in total...cost about £1...not a good start!
