Hi guys, bought a se arc love it was playing about with it did system restore and lost the files on the sd card ie music and videos can anyone help, just need the files of card

Try something file like recovery program on PC.
It's too bad that some system function(hard reset as I understood) may erase SD card. It's not an android principle, why SE had done this? :/
