Yes, you can install it, it's almost completely stable, it works ok on ZTE Racer, cause this version in these forums are specially made for Racer. Theme Chooser is theme engine used for Cyanogenmod ROM only. It has nothing to do with metamorph and it has it's pros and cons. You can install full themes that change a lot in your ROM, but not so easy to install different components as you can do with metamorph, but it's more secure, you can't crash your phone with a theme from the theme chooser (or you must be a "lucky" one to do so).
