Hi,

My i900 is not charging using the charger as my phone fell down and got damaged. I am using an external battery charger to charge my battery. since the data cable also uses the same slot for connection, i cant use the usb data cable for connecting with my PC. I use bluetooth for file transfer and installation. I am now trying to use the samsung phone update software but it closes down when i try to connect it thru bluetooth. it keeps on asking for usb data cable to go to step 1.

any one can help me how to get if working with bluetooth.

ROM Updating needs to have USB cable connected.

This is because, the update function works by Switching off the phone......and when the phone is switched off, the Bluetooth won't work....As Bluetooth needs OS to function.
