Crossed Lines?

Hi there,

I'm on orange and I phone my girlfriend most nights and we chat for a good hour or so.

I've always had pretty weak signal in my house and one time (a while a go) while phoning her our conversation started to break down and it faded to silence as per usual. :)

I was a bit busy so I left it for a minute before phoning her back (the previous failed call was still connected), I was waiting for the "beep beep beep" when all of sudden another girl came onto the phone.

She was obviously talking to another person, but I could only here her end of the conversation! :)

Is this what they call "crossed lines"? or some other thing I don't know about?

Any help is greatly appreciated
