format SD card to FAT32,exFAT or NTFS?

I have a 16g SD card and I am planning to format my SD card for the fresh CM7 update gen2

what format should I choose?

FAT32. I don't think NTFS and exFAT are detected by Android.

NTFS certainly wouldn't work anyway

Use clockworkmod to format it for you automatically. but yes, FAT32.
