looking into disable samsungs "incoming call" screen

I've looked around and couldn't find anything- there muse be some sort of registry editor truck that can disable it and enable the standard windows "incoming call" simular to Omnia i900 and other phones?

what is the heck? or cab links? btw, my phone is runing a custom 6.5 rom- Romnia v3 series.
