hey guys  :mellow: tomorrow is arriving my new galaxy tab 3g...I'm used to mod my acer liquid till today so i'm new in galaxy tab's world!! What should I do to start modding?? I heard i can root the device with z4root... which rom are ready to use?? which is the best?? thank you so much for your help!!!

Hi,

I used z4root, seems to work absolutely fine.  I haven't flashed a new ROM yet as there don't seem to be that many decent ones available... even the most popular ones have issues and bugs being reported, so I'm sticking with the stock ROM (for now).

thank you very much for your answer  :unsure: I just updated my new tablet to the latest froyo firmware and it's already better...then I think I will just wait for gingerbread, without rooting it till there will be a fully working and with oc rom.

Pretty sure Paul's kernel supports OC & UV? Even if it doesn't, the ext4 conversion makes it much snappier.
