In many foruns there is the option to list the topics where I replied and see if there are any new posts. I can't find this tool in Modaco.

Even subscriptions, how can I turn them on by default when posting?

The Options list in the top right of your post enables tracking.
The PA shows your last 10 posts.
Other settings are then on My Controls tab.
