Paul: Is the voice channel working properly?

Nimche from here was kind enough to share the link to your utility with me, however, after installing it, i am able to see the contacts with voice and video, and when i start a voice conversation with them through gtalk, they are unable to hear me, although i can hear them....

Any thoughts?
