Button Backlight Alert (BBA) uses a modified framework already included in MoDaCo Custom ROM for 2X (since 13 May Fr16) allowing for notifications to be signified using the Button Backlights.

** CyanogenMOD-7 now available, install update below **

As BBA uses a modified version of the Android framework there is no need for any battery intensive service, the only battery drain will be the illumination (ie very minimal)

Features (Some in development)

• Choose from Constant illumination, Single Flash, Multiple Flash + Pulse (All configurable per app)
• Ability to add your own apps (once a notification has been received from an app it will be the list to add)
• Customize brightness, Time on, Time off and number of flashes/pulses (Configurable per app)
• Choose default settings

Will work on any app that creates notifications.

Initially it will be hardcoded apps but it will remember "missed" apps and allow you to add them.
