The clock manilla of the today has a bug in the hour, of by snatches fall changes at an hour less and then it gets accommodated ... that can be?

I am of Argentine and have in regional configuration -03 buenos aires

Hi, it's a behaviour of Manila.  :P
I've replaced the clock but the flip animation is still there, so it will jump 1 hour 2 min earlier, then show the correct time. I've tried to "fix" this but end up having the clock stuck, so there's no solution to this for now.

ock Eclipse Build 23118

Check out my guide to rom cooking and my Zune and GTX  Nitrogen skins

It is not fault. As OCK said it is a behaviour. It is meant to be in that way.
