I am not sure if its just me but i have not been able to mount my Transformer storage on anything other than a windows machine. This is not acceptable for me as i HATE WINDOWS :-P I am just trying to get feed back as to if this is isolated with me or if others are having this problem ? *dont be confused i have adb working fine on either machine and i can push or pull from either, also i can see that linux knows that the transformer with device id has been connected but it does not see the device as having media*

Honeycomb uses the Media Transfer Protocol to connect to PCs rather than the usual USB Masst Storage protcol which is a pain as while Windows XP+ support it natively (assuming you have the right version of Windows Media Player on XP) it's not supported by default on OSX and Linux.

I don't know about support in linux but for OSX I use http://www.android.com/filetransfer/

(which after you've run it the first time automatically starts when you connect the tablet.)

Many thanks Matchstick, months later you have answered my question. +1 For your reputation.
