PLEASE NOTE:

I tried taking a screen shot with Shootme but the shots were coming out all pink (very strange).

Instead I downloaded "Drocap2" from the market and went to settings to enable "Swap endian" which gives the screen shots their correct colour.

Thought it would be a great idea to show off your Home Screen to give others ideas :D

Heres Mine:

HTC Inspire Wallpaper - Download Here

Fancy Widget v1.3.0 - Download Here

Nothing very exciting but does the job :D

Both pretty boring, and they will probably change again in the next few minutes. ;)

EDIT: By the way, you can easily take a screenshot of your homescreen with ddms on the computer incase you didn't know.

Question to you, CM6, is it stable for everyday use, also does it work better or equivalent to B160?

It is very fast. Much faster than B160 (~300 Quadrant points @ stock speeds) and I find it great for daily use but unfortunately mobile data is still not working. I'm never far from wifi so it didn't bother me too much. I would probably just wait until a beta is released, it's probably not too far away.

Took it a few days back for a similiar thread on another forum... may as well recycle it ;)

EDIT: Oops, and the details

Go Launcher EX using Honeycomb theme, but with a custom background in the app drawer (just a nice grey tile effect jpeg) and dock bar icons changed to use DarkMetal theme icons.

Dock bar icons support notifications via Go Launcher EX Notification. Since I hide the notification bar these show SMS/calls/email. Gesture down brings the notification bar down for easy checking, gesture up opens the app drawer.

Wallpaper is Go Weather with the HD wallpapers. Day/night/weather conditions.

"Phone" icon = tap for phone, slide up for contacts

"Dot Message" icon = tap for SMS, slide up for IntelliSMS (sends SMS over Exetels API)

"Speech Bubble" icon = tap for Google Talk, slide up for Latitude

"Email" icon = K-9

"Opera" icon = tap for Opera, slide up for Miren w/ Desktop UA

Clock = BobClockD3 (tap for alarms)

Temp/Battery = Minimalistic Text Widget (tap for Go Weather details)

Calendar = Simple Calendar Widget, resized using Go Launcher EX to sit nicely

Resolution changed to 225, desktop is now 5x5 (was 4x5 in the screenshot @ 255)

Thanks. :)

I'm using:

SiMi Clock

Minimalistic Text -(battery text widget)

Missed It! -(sms, call notifier)

Desktop Visualizer -(for the Camera, Phone, Contacts) Self-made icons, did pretty poor job on that

The Wallpaper is from niteowl360 @XDA, and the half circle thing is part of the wallpaper.

OK Well here is my new screen, its MIUI pretty much untouched (Android 2.3.5)

Loving the look and the phone is still very snappy :)

You can also take screen shots in MIUI by holding [MENU] and [VOL DOWN] very handy ;)
