install a custom rom (like void) and get that fixed there is other way though

Hi, i've installed this stock rom: U8800 V100R001C00B137SP04CUSTC315D001 (Czech Omitel), but the camera is blue and inverted, there is any solution for this problem on this kind of rom (B137)?

I've tried to put the boot.img original but it didn't worked out for me...

BTW i have one of those X5 that works only with recovery V3-3.0.2.8, i cant install any recovery V4 :(

I had the same problem (upside down and blue) and i used the library files and extract them to the exact place.

Now my Ideos X5 doesnt open. I tried to change the boot.img but that doesnt help. It just waits on IDEOS welcome screen. Cant shutdown unless pulling out the battery.

What can i do, any advice?

Same problem here. I'm using superboot and ClockwordMod
Replaced libcamera and liboemcamera with root explorer with sucess

While phone was on and working tried camera and color was ok but image was still upside down.
After reboot the phone doesn.t boot. Stalled @ "IDEOS".
Any ideias? Tried replacing boot.img and recovery but no sucess.
Is it possible using adb and try to replace lib files with originals? (i've backups)

Problem solved!
I left libcamera+liboemcamera with no permissions at all and while booting these files couldn't be accessed.
Connected phone to linux distro (while in 'pink' mode) and changed the files read+write permissions.

With this one solved I'll go to the next level: ROM flashing! 8-)

What about the ones don't have a linux distro?
Is there a chance to make these permission modifications on the phone just before shutting it down? Like using Root Explorer. If it is possible, how can it be done?

Yes it's possible!
If you use Rott Explorer: long-finger-press the libcamera files and be sure to grant Read (at least) and Write (maybe not necessary) permissions.
You may have to mount R/W on internal ROM first.

Hope it helps!

Isn't the sky normally red? ;)

There is a problem in your camera libs. You need to copy the 2 files included in this zip to /system/lib/ (You can use root explorer or ADB).
