Guest davidevinavil
Hi this is a kernel build from Tecnolover source with some edit and a superuser flashable with amonra recovery 1.0.1 to get full power from ours Metal... I tried them over stock Froyo 1.100.35 and work very well.. Superuser is full work.. Tried setcpu, quickBoot, Link2sd, Tytanium backup.. Kernel is with 1% batt step, removed fps cap, undervolted, unsecured boot, 1017 Mhz by default. With two things you can customize your metal as you want :) To flash those flash with amonra recovery from Vache Enjoy  Kernel http://www.megaupload.com/?d=MYVSV77I Superuser http://www.megaupload.com/?d=FVGES35D Credits to Tecnolover for his removed fps cap and 1% batt step Credits to Vache for his recovery and his teaching  Credits to ChainsDD for superuser Here is the original xda thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=682828 and the repository: https://github.com/ChainsDD/Superuser and some update zips for those, who are not familiar with the sdk: http://rootzwiki.com/showthread.php?231-Su....3-17-June-2011 Edited June 28, 2011 by davidevinavil

Choose yes and reboot.. After reboot launch superuser.. It will prompt upgrade: choose yes. That's it  Enjoy

Guest Psycho693
Hey this may be a dumb question but can't we just take the kernel from acers update.zip file and edit it that way? I'm a nub lol
Guest davidevinavil
No we can't. We have to build a new kernel from acer's source. Build from source is the only way to get a modded kernel :/
