Has anyone tested this one already? What`s new and what`s improved in comparison with the B136 firmware? Also, I can`t seem to find any description or official data about this firmware from Huawei. I`ve downloaded the general overseas B137 version (at least that`s what the name of the file implies) from the web and I`m not sure whether I should flash my Ideos with this one. Can somebody tell me a bit more about this firmware?

The official B137 is a good step up from B136 and it's based on 2.2.2 when the B136 is based on 2.2.1.

I recommend for those who want a stable customized ROM using Fibblesan's B137 ROM. For those who want more performance and less stable ROM can use the http://android.modaco.com/content/huawei-u...-2-2-andromeda/ which is a minimalistic rom but should be usable for the most users. AND for those who can't wait to use gingerbread I recommend them to try out this.

Happy testing !

Couldn't log in to my google account. I know some roms need their first login via 3G, I don't know if that's the case with U8800 V100R001C00B137SP04CUSTC315D001 (Czech Omitel). Back to Portuguese TMN B136... =(

B137 = Android 2.2.2. Last version of Android 2.2, many bug fixes and security issues fixed. Doesn't have the SMS recipient bugs that affected earlier versions.

Performance wise it's about the same as B136 and B160.
