Hello all. How do I flash ONLY the phone part leaving the rest of the phones files intact?

Is this possible? If so, can someone give a me a link to it since I only heard something about octans MINI but I only got octans which was in a guide. I am afraid to do somethong without knowing what it could harm.

Just use normal octans, not mini. Select phone and flash. That's all.

Hi,

When you flash the phone part only, do you lose all your previous settings and installed programs?

I flashed my phone part to JJ1 and it's been awesome. My Android is finally useable on a day to day basis. Your network (e.g. data settings) might change after the flash and just a matter of re-editing them.
