From what i've seen the stock ROM could do with some tweaks soooo let's start?

A ROM dump of the Skate? A phone that's not even out yet, nor have any recorded leaks been found? No.

If you've not noticed on the Blade side of things ROMs tend to be leaked before the hardware...
