Hi,
it seems that things are moving fast!
Using SuperOneclick you can easily root the device, and then using Rom Manager from Market you will have CMW Recovery in seconds!
Paul will we have a ROM from you??

Now it seems that we have battery issues (as usual with LG phones...), but the work you did with 2x was amazing, could you port it to 3d?

Yes i have some battery issues but i think its time to take this job by Paul

paul i just sold my lg 2x, and got lg 3d.

hope i can enjoy your rom from lg 3d once agian

Root  Android 2.1 - 2.3.7:
1)Download *.rar, extract update.zip
2)Copy update.zip to SD-Card
3)Run Clockworkmod
4)Select to "apply update from sdcard"
5)Reboot, Root !
