Who can help me to find  last off rom PDA part(in *.nb0 format) +СSC+Phone Part +Eboot  separately(for flash in OCTANS Downloader)?

You only need the PDA round these parts.  And even that is a bit much for round here in Gator Country.

Nothing official comes in parts.  You (or a cook) has to manually extract it, or read the flash via command line through activesync to get it.  I've done it, and I posted it:
