OK first off I am not rooted nor have I ever tried to flash anything. I was setting up my works email when it told me to do so I wood need additional security I.e pin. I put pin in then it says your phone will now reboot, phone rebooted now its stuck on S- IV tried pulling batm SD and sim nothing seems to work only got phone yesterday I could cry please help

Had to factory reset gutted lost my whole setup
