Hello,

Today i rooted my phone and started removing apps that i didn't need. Unfortunately i uninstalled the LG Home app. I went to homepage and it was black. I restarted my phone and it showed the lg logo and then the provider logo and stayed there. Everytime i turn it on, it does the same thing, showing the 1&1 logo and having the buttons flashing slowly.

I searched all over the web, but i didn't find any effective solution. I tried the recovery process of the LG b2c tools, i tried this http://android.modac...od/page__st__31 and this http://www.lg-phones...lack-flash.html, but nothing worked.

The recovery process of b2c tool seems to do a simple update, which is not working because i have the latest version and it is not replacing the existing one.

Do you have any suggestions? Is there any way to restore the lghome apk in this condition or replacing the existing firmware with another?

With this method http://android.modac...od/page__st__31 it  HAVE TO BE DONE. You are doing something wrong if didn't work.

I tried it many times in three different computers (win 7 & xp) but nothing. It begins the update but after 3-5 minutes the phone disconnects and starts again showing the LG and 1&1 logo and stays there and the KDZ_FW_UPD log stops showing new info.

BTW: I see that You tried flashing 10A ROM. Try to flash something newer ( 10B ) from here http://luivit.alterv...g/firmwareP970/

IT FINALLY WORKED!
I installed v10d version (greek) and i was able to start it. Now i installed GO Launcher and it works fine!
