I had been given one of these devices

I have android 1.6 running on it slow as hell and made by someone other than me but i was wondering if anyone could help me out and make a recovery, cm, android 2.0+ anything that would be useful or make it better

Ive been looking into this myself and have found out some interesting things

To be able to build android for the system there is a well documented page here - http://source.android.com/source/

Latest update there is no adb on the device it does not recognize it at all

Also trying to build for the device is hard have downloaded all from

source.android.com built and done now just need adb and recovery and itll be fine

Once unzipped

The script file is what you put on the root of the sd card then once it is inserted it will flash to the device

Inside the scipt folder is android and all the stuff required to flash the device but it is very basic
