Hi guys, I was wondering if it was possible to unlock an htc desire s in order to be used with different operators. How much would it be?? Moreover is it possible to change the rom and de-brand it?

Hi yes it's possible to unlock Desire S, it should cost you not more than £10. Once unlocked you can use any mobile operator.

Xda developers have more information about debranding and changing ROMs.

So how is it done and why has one to pay for it. I remember that it was possible to do it for free with the ZTE Blade.
