So, I've often wondered what this Kyocera Echo thing was, having owned a very dodgy Kyocera PHS when I lived in Tokyo many years ago
Well, it turns out the Kyocera Echo is actually a very slinky little oddity indeed! Looky here and tell me you don't want one... I dare you!
I can see no earthy reason for this phone's USP, but I certainly want one!

Too bad we can't find a method to root 2.3.4 on it.
Can't get a recovery working for it either.
Does anyone know of any methods that might work besides the easy ones (z4, gingerbreak, super one click)?
I thought there might be a possibility with a rooted kernel that could be flashed through fastboot but I can't get much of a response for anything from any of the devs that know what could be done.

Really, too awesome this smart phone cum play station. I just view how play angry bird and pac-man games smoothly on this model of cell phone look like a play station. I want this one.
