Ok, assuming you're actually asking this seriously: there is no "WM7" (or Windows Phone 7) for this device and there never will be. Any legal issues concerning custom ROMs aside, the B7610 simply doesn't meet the minimum hardware specs for WP7.

and wp7 IS A RUBBISH anyway how is it possible you can not send a camera picture via BT to your other phones??? Because there in no option to do such thing !!! I bought HTC 7 Pro 24 hours later i sold it online... MS smartphone platform from now-on appear as MS StupidPhone Platform....

You can not rubbish an OS just because it does not have one feature you want?
The OS is the most stable and smooth phone OS around, the post above seems more like a flame as it is off topic and not relevant to the question.
Back on topic WM7 is actually called WP7 (Windows Phone 7) there will not be a ROM for your your phone and very unlikely there ever will. Out of the old Windows Mobile Devices only the HD2 is capable of using WP7.
