Hi,
I was trying to update my V9 from 2.2 to CM7 however I get stuck at the Skateboard loop. I have read a few solution such as using the ZTE flash tool but I don't understand what that does or where to get it. I am able to access the SD card through my desktop PC

got back to stock and then used the instructions in

requires use of the hacked installer/pc/drivers etc..
