What do you mean?

I'm talking about MY STORAGE PARTITION not MY DEVICE partition.

Even if you erase your MyStorage WinMo will work fine, but you LOST all your programs and files that was installed in My Storage.

But like i said, i don't want to do that. No time for backup now, will try to install into SD CARD.

Uhm...

got it... soo, good bye to My Storage, then, repartition it with My Storage back and ext4...?

Go to init.rc and add this iocharset=utf8 after your MyStorage mount command line, like this:

mount vfat /dev/block/mmcblk0p5 /storage iocharset=utf8

That did the trick! Thanks a lot!

You have to know what you are doing, just wait a little bit more.

Read the README:

Note: mmcblk0 is now SD card, mmcblk1 is My Storage.

Dev. Team can wrong too.

I write true teory.

I installed now in my SECOND PRIMARY PARTITION on My Storage and is mmcblk0p2, My FIRST PRIMARY PARTITION in WINMO is still mmcblk0p1. is TRUE

Read carefully. mmcblk1 means only whole disk. You have to add p(number)

mmcblk0 means whole sdcard and mmcblk0p1 means its first partition.

Since the partition is set right. I`m going to rebuild all my Storage partition table, cuse just can`t get out of Android logo, just load and load....

fsck also says that the partition got a problem, but can`t fix it.

Ok guys. I tested it one more time. WiFi works like charm. Tell me how You installed it.

So mine WIFI doesn't work and heres how i installed it:

1, Extracted the package

2, created an ext4 partition via gparted in ubuntu

3, copyied the tar.gz file to the ext4 partition

4, extracted the file and deleted it

5, put haret zimage and startup file to my storage

6, Started haret

7, everythin works fine except the wifi

What should i do reinstall?

For those with wifi problem. Please try to increase screen timout to 2 minutes. Additionally enable adb and send me logcat output from enabling wifi.

Please remember about wifi sleep bug.

For me is imposible to recognize the partition... Still on pink screen. Funny that with the last version worked fine.

Something i could do?

With me this happens accurately.

I am using My Storage with EXT4 and runs the following one

Set kernel zImage

Set ramsize 180*1024*1024

Set mtype 1626

Set ramaddr 0x50000000

Set kernelcrc 1

Set CMDLINE "rootdelay=2 root=/dev/mmcblk1p2 init=/init"

boot

Exists something wrong???

First Sleep Of Death after plugging my phone to PC so it can be charged. It was already in sleep mode when plugged in. Is that normal?

installed on mystorage with ext4 and everything works fine including wifi

but after using it for couple of minutes, the phone gets so sloooooooooow

i'll try to figure out the solution to this problem...

thx devs for your hard work!

edit: the problem was the market. it takes about 16M memory. but even with market turned off, it only leaves me with around 20M memory...

SD Card or My Storage?

If you are in Linux run this command:

fdisk -l

And post here the result.
