Apps don't run all the time and use CPU..
I'm not sure if this thing is wise, 'cause can't see any difference when using this with my u8800 and iirc kk said that this is poop.

flashing the .zip didnt work still resets after boot... so i would just use the app if its the one im using i went from .9.9mb read to 28mb.

sd speed increase, 3072kb,set on boot.

it makes a differences to hd gaming, (gameloft games) loading times & such i found

I only get lower scores with antutu sd card IO test if I change those values. (using U8800, not sure wtf I'm even doing here at Skate subforum..)
But good for you if it really works.

It makes performance substantially worse for me to mess with that. (Better to just change the block size on the card - mine is best at 32k slightly less space efficient but I get > 10MB/s whereas with any of the so called improvements I get less than 3 MB/s).

for me,i've used SD TOOLS for testing the differents values that apply with SD BOOSTER

Samsung Galaxy 551 : gingerbread 2.3.6 (stock)
HTC Desire Z : ViperZ 1.1.0 (ICS 4.0.4 Sense4.1)
Alcatel OT 986 : MIUI 3.2.8 (android 4.0.4)
Huawei U8730 : gingerbread 2.3.6 (stock)
