I am not able to attach the file here, don't know why. I have used "z4root_blade_perm_root_v2.apk" to root my ZTE v9 Light successfully but I am not sure if it will work on your's as your's is the latest model/version.....you may try but at your own risk. It's an apps, run it and click on "root" to start the rooting process, then download the "superuser" apps from the market...... To test, search for any apps in the market that need root permission, install it and see if it works..... Good luck.
