Why would you ask total strangers for advice on what your 15 year old sister should wear? Most of the guys are going to say "that's acceptable" of course; what did you expect? They're men! I'd have used your common sense, were I you. I mean no offence, it's just... inappropriate. Personally, I think it's a mother-daughter or mother-father issue, not an issue for debate by strangers.
