That is definitely ZTE dialer apk for dialling, known as ZTE Emode that appears since 983 is the code for ZTE.
Its not available in the stock dialler apk, thus not all ROMs would have it

I always use this rule to calibration h/w. but yesterday I flash the GB_Android2.3.5 ,this rule can't work ????
