Guest westa
Has anyone done any work on building a full custom rom with updated partition sizes. Seems like the biggest failing of the MT is the crazy default partition sizes setup by acer. There seems to be a huge amount of wasted space in the cache and r/o partions. Guest k0zmic
I agree with you that the default partitions waste a lot of space. But no, there isn't a ROM with updated partition sizes. There was a thread asking if they can be changed but I think Vache said it's too risky for what it's worth.
Guest pinchies
A large amount of flash could be recovered even just removing a few things. Not everyone wants adobe flash for example, which is massive and outdated on rom anyway. I am sure that even 10mb extra would be greatly appreciated for some things. I'm not saying get rid of acer UI or anything, just a couple of those extra cruft-ware mccaffe "pay me to find your phone" apps.

It is VERY risky as why vache said not to bother.
