I tried different apps for psx (psx4droid, psx player...)  but no one works.  When i pick the rom file (.bin .pbp etc.) it just flash black screen and return to the rom folder... Do I need to flash my phone or im just trying wrong roms? Do anyone have similar problem?

//sorry for my english//

Nope that's still wrong. You don't own the BIOS at any point, it is 100% illegal to download a BIOS ripped by somebody else.
