I'd definitely not use the lock screen you suggested in your video. Instead download Magic Locker from the Android Market, then install this theme: Magic Locker ICS theme. It's pretty much an exact replica of the Ice Cream Sandwich lock, rather than a simple mod of the lockscreen for Cyanogen Mod.

I also wouldn't use the ICS Launcher. Yeah, it has the ICS app drawer, but it's full of bugs. I find that ADW Launcher with the ICS theme is far better, plus it doesn't have the unnecessary soft buttons. It has all the right icons, and certainly looks the part.

The theme you provided is pretty good though, so at least you got 1 out of 3.

Yeah, I know, but I just don't think it's good for the Blade, namely because it has the soft buttons, which are pointless for the Blade.

No, because the menu button would be needed in android... I'm not sire how the real ICS would work out... I'm guessing like my honeycomb tablet
