OMC Audio Problem

Hey everyone,

I've just bought an Orange Monte Carlo (and had it replaced twice), but each one has the same problem - noticeable background hiss when playing audio. It's not too apparent through the speaker, but very noticeable on headphones.

Are they all like this, and is there a fix? Do any of the custom ROMs fix it?

The ZTE ones that came with it in the box. I also tried it with some other headphones which are fine when using other devices (mp3 & psp).
