A major problem with the blade ZTE is the default volumes for the ring tones and media are far too low

There was a fix for these provided in the discontinued CM7 Green ROM
Does anyone know how I can add this fix to the latest ROMs?

Try HTC Desire and you'll find Blade so loud. Maybe you have problem with loudspeaker?

There was this posted a while back not too sure if can still flash it on newer roms, i want to myself running swedish spring rls5 if anyone knows if it would still work that would be helpful, cheers.

nope the update script is too old for cwm 3.0.. it might work bcoz there are just csv files in the package which will change some values in our curent roms...but the update script is older than what is required...
can someone make a new one out of it??

extract files to folder on sd card and copy to folder /system/etc you need ROOT

Is that all that's needed? what about the other files in the META_INF folder?

Only files from system/etc/ in zip file without meta-inf it's only need to use with recovery.
