qtek 8310 wont't start

my qtek doesn't start for a few weeks. when i press power button, it show that picture with QTEK (Keep the world in one) and than restarts :( . i tryed to hard reboot but i can't . i did that thing with the camera button and usb cable and it show me that 3 colored screen :

Sounds like you are not doing the hard reset correctly as you should not get the bootloader screen, also as it is showing USB from memory I presume you have it connected to the computer at the time? If so try the reset without having it connected.

Have you been using the phone or are you just starting it up to see if it still works? It is possible that the ROM has degraded for some reason, I have had simiar on another device before but I could not rescue it. At least having the bootloader screen means you should be able to reinstall a ROM but the issue there is trying to find one as the phone is so old.

when i tryed to hard reset , the phone wasn't connected to usb. and i tryed with soft keys and power button . ( i attached a photo to see what are exactly does keys.. are they the corect soft keys ? )

and please tell me or give me a link to a topic to see how can i reinstall ROM and what programs i need.

The problem is locating and actual ROM you need which may be impossible unless XDA developers have a copy somewhere?
This unfortunately is the problem with a phone that is six years old.
