Either I haven't found the menu setting to video call or Skype video calling is not supported at the moment. I'm not a big Skype user anymore, I mainly use Google Talk. It did enable video call almost on any device with a front camera. Ohh.. well, still a good device for that price ;) Thank you for all the answers!
