Unlock went wrong

Hi

I followed the steps in this post for unlocking my OSF II http://android.modac...18#entry1854918. But when I reached step 14 when the flash tool reached 98% it changed the status from "RUNNING" to "RESET" and remained there for a while, later it switched the status to "OPEN" but from then onwards I couldn't communicate with the device any more, I had to pull out the battery to restart it.

After that the phone doesn't boot any more, neither FTM nor normal boot up, it just constantly vibrates and the red LED keeps flashing while the screen doesn't come on. Is there a way to recover this phone?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

If it stops at 98% usually what it means is that the recovery.img that was part of the image is clockworkmod not the stock recovery ?

Which file link did you use ?

HI,

I downloaded this file http://minus.com/dbvEvYv2A9623d.zip from http://android.modaco.com/topic/348403-want-to-unlock-your-omc-skate-tutorial-here/ and after extracting it I replaced the "unlock" folder 's contents with the contents of this file http://www.multiupload.com/TWKP44A5AD from

My biggest worry is the state of the device at the moment, is it recoverable?

Do you have the qcn file ? I think its probably recoverable but not very easily.

(The IMEI is likely lost as well as all the nvitems).

Reinjecting the correct channel1.nvm after its finished being written at 6% would probably also work.

(Don't think its a good idea to duplicate files either maybe have the 3 batch files but just use relative paths properly.
